Another Guy Talking Sport Psychology

Another Guy Talking Sport Psychology Casey Horton, CMT® MA 5-19-2015 Hello reader, I come to you as an educator through many years of trials, errors, and lessons. The lessons were made by mistake I am sure. I love to run. When I run the music is what I hear. I need loud pounding music. I need it to get me going. If I have to run without music I would be really bad. I come to this site as someone that loves to watch track and field. If I could jump as high as those folks in the high jump field, I'd never come down. Well, actually I am almost that high. I possess a Masters degree in sport and performance psychology. I am currently working on my PsyD in the same field. My small blog will be bits of information that I learned in school, in life, and in my found job. It took me 36 years to get my life straight, well almost straight, so I am here to offer some help. I look forward to opinions, questions, and comments about my postings. Have a great day, Casey
